1. Recognized or not: The MCI (Medical Council of India) is the supreme authority giving permissions to admit students, in a phased manner. Most of the institutions fail to meet the rigorous standards prescribed by MCI, even after initial or first year permissions, putting the career of students at stake. Heritage is one of the few institutes not only in the state but in the country which has two consecutive MBBS batches running since its inception, permitted by Government of India.
2. Fees: The institute prides itself in the transparency of fee structure, with no hidden costs and the annual fees structure is in accordance State Government Policy.
3. Teaching: The institute boasts of a faculty with numerous academic achievements with number and qualifications as per MCI norms. 5. Hostel and Mess: The most important and often overlooked. Here at heritage we provide well- furnished Double sharing rooms for boys with attached toilet and individual balconies and Triple sharing accomodation for girls with individual balconies, with round the clock electricity, Maintenance facilities and the discipline are strictly regulated by a Senior Teaching Faculty, with round the clock of supervision. We ensure that a proper academic environment is maintained. The institute is running several monitored mess facilities for Doctors, students, patients and their attendants. The student mess facilities are strictly monitored for the quality of food and include a variety of options which are updated and revised as per student wishes. No alcohol or other substances of abuse are allowed in the mess/campus and violations are dealt with very strict disciplinary action.
6. Security: The institute is in a walled facility with strict monitoring of persons entering the campus. The academic and hospital blocks are separated restricting the entry of unauthorized people. Apart from this Security guards, alarms and CCTV surveillance is present round the clock.

Infrastructure

1)      Lecture Theaters: Four fully air conditioned lecture theaters , gallery type with 180/200 seating capacity complete with audiovisual aids and facility for E-conferencing.

2)      Demo Rooms: All the preclinical and paraclinical departments have been provided with two demo rooms each with 80-90 seating capacity and audiovisual aids.

3)     Common Rooms: Separate well furnished common rooms for boys and girls with attached toilets having 100 seating capacity each have been provided in the college block.

4)     Labs:  Well furnished and well equipped Lab  with a seating capacity of 90 each  with attached ante rooms have been provided for conducting practical classes as per MCI norms.

5)     Library: Fully air conditioned central library with a carpet area of more than 28000 sq ft has been provided in the college block. The library has the facility of outside reading room for 150 students as well as inside reading room for the students and the staff. Internet facility with 20 nodes each have been provided for the students and the staff. The library has requisite number of latest medical books on the different subjects as well as National and International scientific journals. The library is open for use of students and the staff from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM on all working days and 9.00 Am to 5.00 PM on sun day and holidays.

6)    Auditorium: will be made available as per time bound program of MCI.
