Admissions Procedure

1. 1. Register at the MCU Online Admission Application or fill-out the Admission form when you visit the Admissions Office at LRC ground floor
   2. Pay the Entrance exam fee at the Cashier’s Office at PGT ground floor
   3. Take the Entrance Exam
   4. Go to the scheduled interview
   5. Submit Admission requirementsc
   6. Secure Enrollment Routing Slip
   7. *For Foreign Applicants Pay ELEP Program and Developmental Fees

***Note:

1. 1. College transferees are required to go through assessment of credentials by the College Dean.
   2. For successful Foreign Applicants: Pay ELEP and Developmental Fee

Basic Education

Pre-kindergarten, Kindergarten, Grade school (Grade 1) and Junior High School (Grade 7)

• Report Card (Form-138)

• NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
• Two (2) pieces recent Passport size picture with white background
• Entrance Exam Result
• For Grade 1 : Learner Reference Number (LRN)
• Age requirement:
  • Pre-kinder – 4 years old by August 31
  • Kinder – 5 years old by August 31

Senior High School (Grade 11)

• Report Card (Form-138) First grading period of the current school year and the last completed school year
